2015 Grand Vin

This wine has aged beautifully after cellaring for seven years. On the nose there are aromas of strawberry jam, baked cherry, honey, and orange blossom. The pallet is a well balanced and integrated blend of tartness and leathery silkiness. It has all of the characteristics that you would want in an aging wine. Our recommendation is to enjoy this now, it is delicious!
